Weekend getaway

This weekend my husband took me to the Omni hotel for a late mothers day gift.  We had fun just to getaway for a little while and just enjoy each other.   We chilled at the pool for a minute they had an infiniti pool, little fires going it was really nice.  Then we headed to the owners box which was a bar / restaurant I had a margarita and nachos that were piled so high but good.  It was just so much that I couldn't finish it .  the next morning we had the breakfast buffet at the Texas spice restaurant cook to order waffles and omletes build your own parfait oh yeah it was a great experience all together now I gotta get to planning fathers day . 

My plus size modeling days

 Here are a few pics of when I did plus size modeling for Project Curve Appeal based out of Atlanta.  I was a ( FOCA model) face of curve appeal where we empowered women of all shapes and sizes and colors. Basically showing women that you are beautiful at any size and to embrace your curves. I did that for a year and 1/2.  It was fun we would host girls night out, we went to the malls to the plus size stores and told them about our organization, and we did fundraisers to raise money to go to model camp in Atlanta.  It was soooo much fun, but all great things come to an end.  The liaison for the Dallas chapter resigned and then everyone else did to it was like a domino effect.  Then there was 2 left myself and another lady we tried to hold it down by ourselves, by scouting for new members and etc. but it was impossible to do the work the at one time 8 ladies were doing sooo  yeah..   But if i could do it all again i would it was fun to be around positive ladies

Hair repair

My friend called me up , after she took down her sew in( I did not do )  and said her hair was breaking off and she needed a haircut. Well when she came I must say that I wasn't expecting this much damage . But with further research we discovered that it may be chemical breakage since her mom put her relaxer on then did the sew in. I could tell because I could feel a build up on her hair.
So her  prescription for her hair ....
6-8 weeks come back for a trim,
Deep condition 1-2 times a month ,
Flat iron  once a week ,
Wrap hair nightly ,
If she does this she will have beautiful healthy hair once again in no time

Church outfit

After church on Sunday, me and the hubby was just chilling at the park so yeah . Skirt (cato ), shirt idr , wedges Target , shades Apple bottom brand (been having them ) not much accessories on was running behind a little for church. I love this red stripped skirt when I saw it I knew I had to have it. I can't wait to wear It A different type of way ( bold) oh yessssss ;)

Today is my father in laws birthday so we went to brunch at matitos tex mex . They have a really good brunch buffet it was a nice casual outing.
